Just a heads up; just because band members are Christian does not make them a Christian band. Is it so important to label music. Is it so important to give music a name-tag. I think the only reason music should be name-tagged is to make it easier to reference, instead of everyone saying "that song" or "that band". Stop trying to label music beyond a point of reference. Please. You are not helping anyone. Listen to music. You don't need to call Thrice a label like "Christian band" or "Alternative band with Christian themes". Thrice is FINE being just Thrice. Thrice can easily be referenced by the name "Thrice" when you wish you speak about them. You don't need to reference Thrice as "that christian band" or "that alternative band with Christian themes". Perhaps you seek to label things because you can not accept them for what they are. Perhaps this stems from your own view of yourself. Do you seek to label yourself? Do you not accept yourself as you truly are?

as an atheist, no song has ever spoken to me so much about spirituality as this song.

"And because truth is truth no matter what religions you find it in..." not trying pushing you to one side or the other but: yes, you can find many of the same principles in different religions, but ultimately every religion has their own way of achieving salvation as im sure u already know. Example Jesus: “I am the way, the truth, the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" - he didn't say I am the way the truth and life, but you can find the father however you so please u know?
